Hilti Australia has been named Aon Hewitt Best Employer for 5 years in a row (2011 - 2015).
The prominent Aon Hewitt Best Employer Awards are judged on a business’ employee engagement, talent management practices and overall company performance, all of which are measured with an organisational audit and scrutinised by a panel of independent industry representatives.
Hilti Australia believes the company’s ongoing success in the Aon Hewitt Best Employer Awards is a result of a business-wide commitment to personalised programs that allow its management team to individualise incentives and training to maximise engagement.
Taking out the Aon Hewitt Employer Award for five consecutive year reinforces Hilti’s determination to offer our staff a company that nurtures career progression and truly cares about the development of each individual’s skills.
