What does the role involve?
As an Account Manager within the Building and Construction trade, your initial focus will be ensuring that you have completed all aspects of our extensive training program that will teach you everything within our products, our services, our consultative selling approach and so on. From here, as an Account Manager you will be responsible for partnering and expanding upon a portfolio of existing customer accounts whilst building and maintaining relationships with our core customers. With your go-getter attitude and commitment to our customers, you will have the opportunity to be a part of some of the most exciting projects happening across Sydney.
This is no ordinary sales or business development manager role; we don't believe in a hard sell because our strong core values allow us to focus purely on building long-term sustainable relationships with our customers.
