Account Manager - Heavy Diamond & Concrete Cutting
What's the role?
Hilti Australia is currently looking for a sales professional with experience in the Concrete Cutting or Heavy Diamond industries to join our Specialised Business Sales Team as an Account Manager. This is a full-time, field-based sales opportunity that will see you partner with our customers across Sydney in understanding their needs and how our products, technologies and services can add value to their business.

What does the role involve?
After receiving extensive training you will work on and proactively expand a portfolio of existing accounts while building relationships with Diamond Service Contractors, Heavy Diamond Contractors and Concrete Cutters. This is no ordinary sales or business development manager job; we don't believe in a hard sell because our strong core values allow us to focus purely on building long-term sustainable relationships with our customers. You will partner with key decision makers to understand their needs and how our products and services can add value. This is why we stand out as the market leader.

What you need is:
- Methodical and driven approach to sales; with a sound ability to identify decision makers
- Experience or exposure to the Concrete Cutting or Heavy Diamond Industries
- Strong sales focus with advanced planning skills and the ability to influence
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and effective problem-solving ability
- Willingness to learn, passionate and driven
- A real team player with an eye for detail
