What does the role involve?
As an Account Manager in Training, your initial focus will be to ensure you have completed all aspects of our extensive training, development (within products, services, consultative approach etc..). From here, as an Account Manager in Training, essentially your role will be partnering and expanding a portfolio of existing accounts while building relationships with core customers.
This is no ordinary sales or business development manager job; we don't believe in a hard sell because our strong core values allow us to focus purely on building long-term sustainable relationships with our customers. We partner with our customers to understand their business needs and how our products can add value. This is why we stand out as the market leader.
