Due to this growth, we are seeking an exceptional customer service superstar to join our warm and friendly team in Rhodes Corporate Park. You will be responsible for taking inbound calls and offering the best possible customer experience to both internal and external customers to drive sales.

What does the role involve?

This is no ordinary customer service job; we are not about transactional business and quick wins, we focus on building and maintaining lasting relationships with our customers.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will join our high-performing and supportive customer service team as the first point of contact for both our external and internal customers. You’ll help look after our portfolio of small to large businesses and provide expert advice and solutions to drive sales and build lasting relationships with our customers.

This is a fast paced, dynamic and KPI driven environment, but also customer-centric. We don't believe in a hard sell because our strong core values allow us to focus purely on building long-term sustainable relationships with our customers. Acting as a trusted Hilti Representative for a number of accounts, you will partner with our customers to understand their business needs and how our products can add value. This is why we stand out as the market leader.

Work with the best - you will be working as part as part of our award-winning Customer Service team. We won the CSIA (Customer Service Institute of Australia) Best Customer Service team in NSW award in 2014 and 2015.
