Construction in Sydney is at an all time high with lots of new and exciting projects currently underway. As a result, we are experiencing rapid growth in our business and are looking for a Customer Service Professional to join our high-performing and caring team here in Sydney

What does the role involve?

As a Customer Service Representative, you will join our supportive customer service team as the first point of contact for both our external and internal customers. You'll help look after our portfolio of small to large businesses and provide expert advice and solutions to drive sales and build lasting relationships with our customers.

This is a fast paced, dynamic and KPI driven environment, but also customer-centric. We don't believe in a hard sell because our strong core values allow us to focus purely on building long-term sustainable relationships with our customers. Acting as a trusted Hilti Representative for a number of accounts, you will partner with our customers to understand their business needs and how our products can add value.
