What does the role involve?
As a Customer Service and Sales Representative you are responsible for influencing and servicing both our external and internal customers. You'll help look after our portfolio of small to large businesses and provide expert advice and solutions to drive sales and build lasting relationships with our customers.This is a fast paced, dynamic and KPI driven environment, but also customer-centric. We don't believe in a hard sell because our strong core values allow us to focus purely on building long-term sustainable relationships with our customers. Acting as a trusted Hilti Representative for a number of accounts, you will partner with our customers to understand their business needs and how our products can add value.
