Hilti On-Site Services Specialist
What's the role?
Due to growth we have a newly created position for an On-Site Services Specialist. This is an exciting on-site role where you will be supporting Hilti customers and providing pull-out and proof load testing for anchor arrangements and reinforcing bars.

What does the role involve?
To carry out all tests in strict accordance with the company’s quality standards and guidelines. This includes planning the site visits internally and with external customers.
Document all tests and their results comprehensively. Verify that test reports issued are accurate and detailed, and co-signed with the immediate supervisor.
Clean and maintain all testing equipment and related tools in tip-top condition. Appropriate care, security and storage should be observed at all times including during transportation or in use.
Take on a rotational role as the team’s scheduler for 2 weeks and produce the schedule for the teams’ routine test request from customers.

What you need is:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably structural or civil would be highly regarded
- Experience in a customer-facing position on the jobsite within the construction industry
- An active approach to solving problems
- Professional PC skills, solid presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm to learn and drive to succeed
- Full and unrestricted working rights in Australia
