HR Advisor- Employee Relations Specialist

This role will see you partner closely with some of our key business units to provide strategic advice, guidance and coaching to managers at all levels on both operational and people topics. What does the role involve?
This role will involve providing strategic and pragmatic advice relevant to employee relations, safety and wellbeing matters across the business to employees and business leaders at all levels. You will also be responsible for advising managers at all levels in handling grievance, safety and employment relations issues whilst also coaching in performance management and succession planning processes.
As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will utilise your expertise and advise the business and various stakeholders on employee relations topics whilst proactively keeping up to date on Australian Employment Law. You are also responsible for communicating changes in legislation relevant to employee or industrial relations to the business and ensuring said changes are implemented within HR policies and procedures. You will also have the opportunity to drive a range of HR projects that will deliver on Hilti’s Corporate Strategy.

What you need is:
- Demonstrated business partnering experience
- Strong experience with Australian Employment Law and Employee Relations topics
- Proficient HR generalist experience
- Degree in Human Resources or other relevant tertiary qualification
- Proven stakeholder management experience and the willingness to challenge business and HR processes
- Exceptional influencing and networking ability
- Superior communication skills
- High stakeholder focus
- An ambitious attitude and an analytical mindset
