HR Onboarding and Training Coordinator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated HR Onboarding and Training Coordinator to join our innovative and results driven HR team.

What does the role involve?
You will be responsible for the coordination of our seamless onboarding experience for new employees and hiring managers alike. You will act as the key point of contact across the business for the entire onboarding process. Additionally, you will coordinate all training programs delivered by the Learning & Development team, as well as provide ad-hoc support to the wider HR team. This is a fantastic entry point into the HR team at Hilti and will offer broad exposure to the organisation.

What you need is:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources or Psychology preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Excellent multi-tasking and high organisational skills
- Assertiveness, drive, innovation and “can do” attitude
- The ability to operate autonomously when required
- Previous experience working in HR or Admin desirable but not essential
