Implementation Care Specialist
What's the role?
Reporting into the Area SalesManager, the Implementation Care Specialist is one of the key pillars of our service offering and will assist in growing and supporting any existing and/or future software product and service with our partners at Hilti.
This role will mainly be responsible for executing the “Implementation” together with the “Care” phase of our services (Fleet, ON!Track, Connect etc) in the Brisbane area. Our customers are ranging from sole traders to large construction projects. You will be the interface between the salesforce and the Back Office/Software Specialists to ensure a smooth set-up.

What does the role involve?
Travelling to customer jobsites / warehouses to roll out services (Fleet, ON!Track, Connect etc.)
Entering asset data into a customer-facing database using both a desktop and smartphone based system.
Training customers on the use of both desktop and smartphone applications – From entering asset data themselves to using the system to best help their daily work.
Working hand in hand with both the salesforce and Back Office/Software and Service Specialists to ensure a smooth transition within every steps of the selling process
Additional duties can also be assigned to support Hilti Stores and/or the Software and Service Specialists

What you need is:
- Background in business administration.
- Relevant functional experience, ideally retail or warehousing, and commercial knowledge in order to interact with internal and external customers.
- Ability to manage time, multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Details oriented and pro-active –a consistent overachiever of goals and objectives.
- Strong IT skills including MS-Office
- Effective communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the State and Regionally – Role will be predominantly field-based with intermittent office days
