Due to this growth, we are seeking a Key Account Manager to support exciting upcoming and ongoing Civil projects in Melbourne. Initially, you will be responsible for learning ‘the Hilti way’, going through our extensive training and developing long and lasting partnerships within the civil community in Melbourne.

What does the role involve?

As a Key Account Manager your initial focus will be to ensure you have completed all aspects of our extensive training, development (within products, services, consultative approach etc..). From here, as a Key Account Manager within Civil, essentially your role will be partnering and expanding a portfolio of existing accounts while building relationships with core customers.

You will partner with key decision makers responsible for some of Australia’s largest and most exciting civil infrastructure projects. You will be an integral point of contact, providing expert advice, knowledge and solutions for a wide variety of civil construction applications.

Our tools are chosen for some of the world’s most exciting projects, like London’s Crossrail and Japan’s bullet train, as well as everyday buildings that make people’s lives better and safer.
