What does the role involve?
As the Key Project Manager in training, you will be given extensive hands-on training on the civil projects with the aim of equipping you with responsibility for the whole project. This includes engaging key stakeholders across the project construction phase to identify and provide Hilti tools & engineered anchor solutions. You will be an integral point of contact, providing expert advice, knowledge and solutions for a wide variety of civil construction applications.
Furthermore, you will liaise closely with the Civil Sales Manager and colleagues within a dedicated team and will be given autonomy to develop the business and provide feedback on competitors, market trends and requirements to fully realize the project potential.

What you need is:
- Strong sales focus with highly developed business acumen; experience to civil projects will be an added advantage
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and effective problem solving ability
- Proven negotiation and influencing abilities with advanced planning skills

- Self-starter capable of working independently, managing your own call cycle
- Willingness to learn, passionate and driven
- A real team player with an eye for detail
- Process driven and highly professional business approach
