What does the role involve?
As a Key Project Specialist (in training), your initial focus will be to ensure you have completed all aspects of our extensive training, development (within products, services, consultative approach etc.). From here, essentially you will be responsible for supporting a range of customers and identifying new business opportunities to achieve the project sales targets through strong customer relationship engagement and overall high profile site support.
You will partner with key decision makers responsible for some of Australia’s largest and most exciting infrastructure projects. You will be an integral point of contact, providing expert advice, knowledge and solutions for a wide variety of civil construction applications.

What you need is:
- An undergraduate degree in civil/ structural engineering would be very highly regarded
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and effective problem solving ability
- Highly committed and motivated with the attitude and drive to inspire others and be part of a winning team
- Ambitious about your own development
- Willingness to learn, passionate and driven
