We are seeking an exceptional face to face Retail Sales Consultant to join our supportive and dynamic team.

What does the role involve?

You will join our team as a Retail Sales Consultant and you will work with our exceptional sales team. You will manage the day-to-day operations of our retail store while providing superior level of customer service and build long lasting relationships with core customers.

Our tools are chosen for some of the world’s most exciting engineering projects, like London’s Crossrail and Japan’s bullet train, as well as everyday buildings that make people’s lives better and safer.

What you need is:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • High learning agility with an eye for detail
  • Ability to multitask, priorities and manage time effectively
  • Dynamic and proactive with the ability to effectively develop customer relationships
  • Competent PC skills
  • Comfortable working alone
  • Prior experience in a retail environment is desirable but not essential
