Retail Sales Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional face to face sales representative to join our supportive and dynamic Hilti store team in the Gold Coast.

What does the role involve?
As a Sales Representative you will work with our exceptional sales team to manage the day-to-day operations of our retail store in the Gold Coast. In this role, you will be providing a superior level of service through product demonstrations and service consultations to our core customers through understanding their business needs and how our solutions can add value. This role is fast paced, KPI driven, but also customer-centric.

What you need is:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- High learning agility with an eye for detail
- Dynamic and proactive with the ability to effectively develop customer relationships
- Competent PC skills
- Prior experience in a retail environment is desirable but not essential
