What's the role?

We are seeking a natural leader with a passion for coaching, people development and customer excellence. As a Sales Leader you will be responsible for the leadership, motivation and direction of one of our dynamic and successful sales teams. You will have the agility to ensure that your approach is tailored to the individual, in turn ensuring maximum results and staff engagement. In addition to optimum leadership and coaching you will have a passion for grass-roots management and customer engagement; spending a significant amount of time customer facing, with your team to ensure customer excellence and a growth of our VIP customer base.

As a market-leader in construction products, software and services, we are powering this expansion and experiencing rapid growth, with over 60 new roles created nationally over the past year - and we aren't planning on slowing down any time soon!

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate leader, who in 24 months will be promoted overseas; carving and robust and dynamic global Hilti career.

What does the role involve?

As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for the leadership, motivation and direction of one of our sales team. You will help your team drive year on year growth, seek out new business opportunities, and run marketing initiatives. As an Sales Leader you be responsible for the development of your team, leading initiatives to increase employee engagement and retention whilst maintain a high performing team culture.

Our tools are chosen for projects ranging from earthquake-safe homes to some of the world’s tallest towers and fastest railways.

What you need is:

For this role we are seeking a true leader with solid and stable experience within sales, strategy and optimising presence and market penetration. You are innovative, results oriented and a naturally inspiring to your sales team, who in turn achieve outstanding results.

Intrinsically curious, committed and tenacious, you are seeking a platform in which you can utilise your existing skills and expertise to leverage a robust and dynamic career, locally and/or globally.

Relevant experience leading teams to success within the manufacturing, direct to customer industry and an MBA will be highly regarded.

Due to the nature of this role, a commitment to relocate globally following 24 months in this role is a prerequisite.
