What's the role?

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Engineering team. It involves visiting Hilti customers on-site where you will be supporting and providing pull-out and proof load testing for anchor arrangements and reinforcing bars. This field based role allows you to manage your own time and plan your day. What does the role involve?

Carry out all on-site tests in strict accordance with the company’s quality standards and guidelines. This includes planning the site visits internally and with external customers.
Document all tests and their results comprehensively.
Prepare/submit quotations and service requests to customers
Build up technical competence in the Hilti team and support on-site with Engineering related activities
Support the Engineering team by proactive involvement in internal marketing projects, ad-hoc assignments and special projects for the benefit of the team and the organisation.

What you need is:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Experience in a customer-facing position is preferred
An active approach to solving problems
Professional PC skills, solid presentation and negotiation skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Enthusiasm to learn and drive to succeed
