Talent Acquisition Specialist
What's the role?
We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong business acumen to join our friendly and dynamic HR team. In this role you will partner with business leaders and the wider HR team to manage the full end to end recruitment lifecycle for Hilti Australia. You will use a range of proactive sourcing channels to attract, find and hire Hilti talent with top class candidate experience. This is an end-to-end role, with full autonomy and accountability from day one.

What does the role involve?
This role is responsible for the end to end recruitment lifecycle for Hilti Australia. You will effectively partner with key stakeholders across the business as you proactively pipeline and source for upcoming vacancies, investments and our Graduate leadership development program. You will also educate your key stakeholders on recruitment topics and coordinate and execute interview training for new leaders.
You will champion the Hilti Employer Value Proposition as you strategically source candidates for hiring at all levels utilizing LinkedIn recruiter and other channels as well as provide an exceptional candidate experience to all candidates.
This role is also responsible for leading the management of key university partnerships, creating the strategy and roadmap of events with full accountability for events, engagement and hiring of top talent from these universities.

What you need is:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition
- Demonstrated experience in managing high volumes of open positions concurrently and managing multiple stakeholders
- Experience in sourcing and pipelining for senior positions
- Experience in sourcing for hard to fill roles utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
- Experience of recruiting sales and engineering roles is highly desirable
- Experience using an Application Tracking System
- Proactive recruitment approach
- Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels
- A keen learner who seeks opportunities to develop skills and knowledge
