What's the role?

This is a brand new role to Hilti Australia that will see you work across our Services Operations team as a Tool Service Specialist. We are looking for a motivated self-starter with a proactive approach and a passion for customer service to join our team based in our new, state of the art Tool Service Centre.

What does the role involve?

As a generalist you will be responsible for ensuring that you are across a variety of tool repair and fleet topics to be able to support the wider service operations team. This role will be heavily involved with actioning tasks relating to our tool and fleet service offering such as: processing repair quotations, operation and distribution of our loan tool resources and centralised collection process and daily administrative duties. This role will have a physical element but will also involve actioning administrative tasks and communications to the wider service operations team and our sales force Through your interactions, you will ensure that you are providing a positive, world-class customer service experience to both our internal and external stakeholders.

Our tools are chosen for some of the world’s most exciting projects, like London’s Crossrail and Japan’s bullet train, as well as everyday buildings that make people’s lives better and safer

What you need is:

  • Experience with face to face customer service and demonstrated experience in delivering excellent customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Clear ability to with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Attention to detail
  • IT proficiency across the MS Office suite and SAP
