In this critical role, you will drive one of the most relevant projects for BU Tool Services. You will drive all steps from the project definition to the worldwide implementation. Together with the global After Market Service community and stakeholders from other Business Units you will ensure that your project is setting the basis for outstanding service quality and performance, thereby significantly contributing to Hilti`s productivity and customer satisfaction.
You will drive the operational performance improvement in Hilti by providing better planning and S&OP capabilities worldwide.
