The role covers two different streams. Firstly, with the growing scope of more than 100 MCHF spend volume annually and the strategic importance of our digital agenda, we have decided to clarify accountability and focus of our IT & Digital procurement set-up. Thus, as member of our Global Procurement Department, you will lead a workstream of one key strategic project. This includes developing, detailing and/or supporting implementation of a governance model for IT & Digital investments.
You will lead the global definition of the purchase-to-pay process and system landscape in Procurement Indirect Materials. You design, develop and implement solutions to improve process efficiency, data transparency and compliance with state-of-the-art technologies like SAP ARIBA. You will orchestrate our Regional Finance and Procurement teams across the globe to provide a standardized global framework. You will ensure that we have the right technologies in place and leverage their usage across all Hilti organisations.
You are the dealmaker. With your stakeholders, you translate their needs into concrete demands. You find the top suppliers, intelligently leverage competitive forces and drive them to deliver their best. You identify opportunities to create value and efficiency. You accordingly influence stakeholders and suppliers to realise these opportunities.
You lead a commodity group on a global level. You understand what our current and future needs are and you match them with the development of the commodity. Together with your stakeholders you define the game plan to find and effectively work with the best suppliers.
Contributes to and executes supply projects from analytics to tendering, contract negotiation and implementation on wider geographical scope and/or spend volume. Manages supplier performance and internal compliance to processes and policies.
