Reporting to the Head of Offshore for South East Asia, this role is a newly created role within the recently-formed South Asia Pacific Region (A2) following the acquisition of the Norwegian company Oglaend Systems by Hilti. The geographical scope of this role comprises of 7 markets: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam and Brunei. This role will have complete responsibility to maximize the share of wallet for Hilti & Oglaend applications on Offshore projects in South East Asia.

We are looking for Product Manager to join our marketing team. This position will be responsible for the overall direction, co-ordination and control of all marketing activities of the designated product programs in order that sustainable sales and profitable growth opportunities are maximised.
Conduct a marketing initiative, targeting engineering and architectural customers. Research customer needs and requirements, analyse applications and potential solutions, create a marketing and communication package of digital content and tools. In your role, you will interact with global and local teams on a regular basis and act as a point of contact between the Fire Protection Business Unit, global branding and digital unit. The purpose of this role is to partner with Trade and Sales Management Teams to optimize sales resources with the goal of achieving better customer penetration and coverage, increasing sales by prioritizing accounts by potential and customer life cycles, exploring new segmentation tools, and optimizing costs with more efficient sales structure. This position is responsible for running and simulating suggested territory realignments and providing analysis to determine effective use of resources.
