Improving the overall efficiency of our supply chain is the goal – quality, inventory and cost. One of the central parameters when designing the supply chain is it’s end to end cycle time. Reducing it, will generate a direct impact in capital efficiency and many indirect ones. Working in the Strategic Supply Team, the candidate will have the opportunity to define and improve the end to end cycle time. Additionally, create and implement real business cases to evaluate the impact of cycle time reduction for the business unit.

In this role, you will maintain and develop the product portfolio for your area of responsibility. Your task is to investigate the fastening limitations of Hilti and competitor drywall and framing screws. You will test the screws with respect to current and novel fastening technologies.
